Abe Elkinson
Abe Elkinson is an entrepreneur, global operations strategist, and business scalability expert with 30+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art business systems, processes, and procedures in support of tech-centric and transport-related enterprises.
Prior to his groundbreaking work on Trusted Solutions Group, Abe spent more than 18 years providing state-of-the-art patient-centric solutions to government agencies, healthcare systems, and private sector partners in the UK and abroad—in collaboration with NHS England and the UK’s National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR).
He served as the Founder and Chairman of Trust Medical Group, a provider of emergency and nonemergency patient transport services for UK Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), NHS Foundation Trusts, Local Government, and UK Ambulance Services.
He and his team ensured their high-performing fleet offered market-leading response time in relation to emergency calls, doctors’ urgent admission requests, and both high dependency and urgent interhospital transfers.
They expanded their award-winning transportation and specialty service enterprise for the National Health Service (NHS)—focusing on bariatric, mental health, palliative, and end-of-life care.
With a track record of startup funding from UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and private investors—and with ongoing support from the Academic Health Science Networks (AHSN) and Innovate UK—Abe is a trusted partner for pioneering public, private, and nonprofit enterprises that are committed to solving human logistics and other people-centric and growth-constraining challenges in the healthcare, social-service, and home- and community-based services (HCBS) sectors

Mark Goldman – CFO
Mark Goldman is an entrepreneurial finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and tax accounting expert with more than 25 years consulting to and serving within startups, small-to-midsized businesses (SMBs), and major corporations.
A seasoned corporate tax manager, audit manager, and financial advisory board member, Mark specializes in helping new ventures understand how to raise funds, allocate funds, and maximize the ROI from funds—all while minimizing financial constraints on market, corporate, and product development and preparing fast-growing ventures for favorable M&A events.
Prior to supporting Trusted Solutions Group, Mark was the Finance Director (FD) at R.O.EYE, an agency business acquired by Acceleration Partners.
He holds Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) licenses from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales—and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy and Management Control with honors from Sheffield Hallam University.
Vadim Adams – CTO
Vadim Adams is a digital transformation, change management, and growth-enablement expert with more than a decade of experience leading enterprise-wide business infrastructure reengineering initiatives within enterprise-grade startups, small-to-midsized businesses (SMBs), and multinational corporations (MNCs).
He applies hybrid, fit-for-purpose methods on the agile-to-waterfall continuum to achieve client objectives ahead of deadlines and under budget—and he has researched, analyzed, and developed scores of tech-centric programs, projects, and products central to the success of both at-risk and highly promising enterprises.
Vadim previously supported the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) in devising and managing NHS-wide systems and solutions. Prior to that, he worked as an IT analyst for Yahoo, a business consultant for Logica (now CGI), a project consultant for Steria, a consultant to Glue Reply, a solutions architect for Post Office, a business transformation manager and general manager for Duradiamond Healthcare, a project manager for TT Services, a senior project manager for GSMA, a project manager for Nuffield Health, an M&A specialist for Capita, a COO for Hestian Group, a change management and digital transformation advisor for Hibou Consulting, a co-founder for Agilis Health, a director for Phil and Adams, and a director at Wolf Logic.
Vadim’s skillsets include budgetary and profit-and-loss (P&L) management of programs, projects, and products; business jumpstarts and turnarounds (including cost restructuring; strategic research, planning, and implementation; business-case development, presentation, and budgeting; digital program design, development, and deployment; request for information (RFI) response, request for proposal (RFP) response, and bid management and presentation; resource planning, acquisition, and management; data, technical, and solution architecture; enterprise architecture and infrastructure management; and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid application selection and management (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho Cloud Software Suite [CRM, Helpdesk, Financials, HR], Workday Enterprise Accounting and Financial Software, Meddbase Medical Management Systems, Sage People HR Software, and activpayroll). He holds a BSc in Computer Science from King’s College.
Mark Rose – COO
Mark Rose is a world-class business transformation specialist with 25+ years of high-profile leadership, consulting, and management experience. A senior leader for multinational corporations (MNCs), he has led and worked alongside execution teams for Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, and EY in launching global engagements and executing projects in alignment with board-led and enterprise-led strategies.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Ballistra Group—with accountability for a portfolio of enterprise-grade clients—Mark has built a reputation for taking tech startups to scale by formulating growth strategies that jumpstart revenues and position them as formidable competitors in global markets. Supporting the Ballistra portfolio, Mark serves as Chief Revenue Officer for CurrencyTransfer.com—a major player in the financial payments space that has grown to trade over $12 billion in currency over the last four (4) years. He is also the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Powtoon, a cloud-based animation software and video-production technology company with over 40 million users and thousands of enterprise-grade clients worldwide.
A skilled business changemaker, Mark also supports the branding project teams at Natie—an international branding agency that helps clients across the globe build their identities and value propositions.
Mark previously led units of the HP Strategy and Planning department for Hewlett Packard in European, Middle Eastern, and African markets whilst directly driving strategic initiatives across EMEA regions in collaboration with HP senior leadership out of Palo Alto, California, USA. He spearheaded the 2017 split of HP into Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. in key geographies.
As a seasoned professional with a long history of success in leading projects across the globe, he facilitated the roll out of a co-branded Shell-Citi credit card across 19 countries—managing country planning, strategic decision-making, risk mitigation, and performance against project milestones.
As a consultant to British Petroleum (BP) in the joint venture with TNK, Mark accelerated systems reengineering, technology implementations, and digital transformations.
In support of a joint-venture deal between BP and HPCL (Russia), he led a refinery-related project in Bhatinda, India—identifying and mitigating risks, building a network of independent engineers to conduct full-scale cost analyses, and coordinating timelines to implement on time and under budget.
As a management consultant with Chaucer Consulting in the Bahamas, he helped design the strategy for the Grand Bahama Port Authority (GBPA)—applying best practices in economic freezone development adapted from the World Trade Organization.
With ties to the University of London and Carmel College, Mark has a long track record of mentoring entrepreneurs and future leaders.
